This is what it feels like when the market is making a correction. One day, your account is climbing, and the next day, it’s down. These are the normal summertime reds. Usually, in the summer, stocks go down. Why? Who knows—maybe people need cash for summer trips. That’s my theory, anyway.
It doesn’t help when giants like Tesla and Google report negative quarters. Additionally, all the tech giants have seem to taken a dive from the heavens.
But now is the time to catch your favorite stock on the clearance rack. Nvidia just hit $106 a share, down from $124 just a few days ago. Chipotle is at $50 a share, where it was recently at $69.
This is the time to top up on your favorites. How low will they go? I don’t have a crystal ball. However, if the market follows past trends, it typically picks back up in September. So go do some research and see if this is the perfect summer sale for you to stack up.
